These tools support identification of strains, clades and serotypes of relevant viral diseases. They allow the exhaustive analysis of the immune response of an infected individual to a virus encounter. Eventually, they will guide the development of vaccines for clinically important strains.

Viravaxx’ arrays are developed in close collaboration with Prof. Dr. Rudolf Valenta‘s research group at the Medical University of Vienna and can be adapted to any existing or emerging arraying technology platform.
